IS EACH PIECE ONE OF A KIND?

Each piece is individually hand crafted, with variations in color, texture, and dimensions. We are constantly experimenting with new techniques and projects. The store will be updated as new pieces become available.

PRODUCT CARE AND HANDLING?

Each order will receive instructions on the proper care and handling for each piece. While the finishes we use are water-resistant, they are not waterproof. We recommend that pieces be kept as dry as possible. Regardless of the finish on your piece, cleaning should only require warm soapy water and a soft brush. Avoid putting pieces completely in water. Pieces are NOT dishwasher safe. Prolonged exposure to heat and water will cause pieces to warp and crack. After cleaning, wipe with a clean cloth and let the air-dry.

ARE FINISHES FOODSAFE?

All pieces that leave the workshop, regardless of finish, are safe to come into contact with food.

SHIPPING?

Wood is heavy. It may cost more to ship a product than you anticipated, so we split the cost with you!  We aim to ship our products as cheaply and efficiently as possible. All of our shipping rates reflect 50% of the current USPS rates, and not a penny more.  We try to ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail 2-Day, but because certain areas are limited to USPS Retail Ground, please allow up to 7 days for arrival.  Additionally, we do NOT charge for handling or packaging materials. Shipping charges will be applied at check out based on weight and location. Taxes and duties will vary depending upon location. All orders will be mailed out within 4 days.  Shipping time and cost for custom orders will be discussed on an individual basis.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?

If you wish to exchange or return for store credit, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. There are no cash refunds at this point, only exchanges or store credit. All items must be returned in unused condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs. For any damaged items due to shipping, please notify us within 5 days of receiving and we will gladly arrange for new products to be mailed out to you at no cost or give you store credit.
